Flowerbulbs
Share
Description
A flower bulb is a modificated underground stem which keeps the liquid for nutrition of plant in winter and in drought. There are such kinds of spread bulbous plants, as tulips, narcissi, gladioli, lilies. Bulbous flowers can be divided into 2 categories (due to their winter hardiness): flowers for autumn planting and for spring planting. Firm bulbous plants (tulips, narcissi, gladioli, lilies) can winter in soil and break into bloom later. Unstable bulbous flowers should be turned up and stored in a fresh location up to their compensatory planting.
